Horse Trial Entry: P/T/N/BN/BN-Easy: $170.00; or $150.00 if postmarked on Opening Date. (See section 1 below)
Combined Test (“CT”) Entry: P/T/N/BN/BN-Easy: $60 (See section 1)

Stabling: $20.00 per night or $35.00 for the weekend outdoor pens; or $100.00 for indoor stall (See section 5)

ENTRIES: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as
part of the entry fee; these fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized “Fees Enclosed” section of the
Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Use the 2008 Horse trials
Entry and Stabling Forms, and include a copy of negative Coggins within the last 12 months. Health Certificate
required for all out-of-state horses: bring with you. In the event of a Vesicular Stomatitis outbreak, Health
Certificates must include a VS statement, and may be required for in-state horses also. All attachments must be
included with entry. Failure to do so could result in denial of the entry. Incomplete entries will be returned. Double
entries: Not accepted; Changes: $30 per horse/rider per division after Closing Date, space permitting.
Other requirements: All Preliminary riders must be a USEF member or pay a USEF $20 non-member fee and $5
discipline fee (if applicable). Preliminary competitors include copies of the USEF card with entry. All competitors
must be USEA members; however, BN competitors may $25 non-member fee. State birth date on entry. $5 charge
for lost pinny. Management reserves right to combine, split, or cancel classes; cancel or add judges as entries
warrant, and refuse any entries. Refunds: Before Closing Date: Entry fee minus $25 non-refundable office fee &
organization fees; After Closing Date: organization fees & entry at discretion of organizing committee with
vet/physician certificate. Competition cancellation-No refund.

TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE:
Fri: Schooling Show Jumping Rounds: 8 am sign up; Rounds 9 am - 3 pm beginning w/BN ($10 for 3 min/round;
mult. rounds allowed);
Cross-country course open-3 pm. Competitors’ meeting & official course walk-6 pm.
Saturday: HT & CT Dressage:8 am; Cross-country: 11 am; Competitor’s Party: 5 pm.
Sunday: Any continuing CT Dressage: 8 am; HT & CT Show Jumping: 8 am with awards following jumping.

AWARDS: Prize money for top three places in each division! Add’l awards to 1st place in each division. Ribbons
to 10th place.

STARTING TIMES: Available after Sept. 16 on www.windywyoming.com or from secretary; email &/or post-cards
will be sent.

STABLING/VETERINARIAN: $20/night or $35 for weekend, 60 12x12 uncovered pens on grounds (you may
bring your own tarp); $100 indoor stall, limited-first come first served based on entry postmark & request. Stall
doors & 1st bedding provided. Hay available for purchase. Send stabling form & fee with entry. Veterinarian &
Farrier: Phone numbers posted at secretary's office.

CROSS-COUNTRY: Approximate course specifications: P-2800m @ 520mpm. T-2400m @ 450mpm. N-2000m
@ 400mpm. BN-1900m @ 350mpm; BN-Easy- 2’3” 1900m @ 300mpm. (Distance and speed subject to change).
Terrain: XC on river bottom w/cottonwood trees with natural, gravel river crossing. P/T/N/BN: Ave. difficulty for
horses with some experience at level; BN-E easy.
